Healing Rock Counseling offers individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, play therapy, and EMDR therapy. Our team of licensed therapists serves adults, teens, young adults, and children ages 3 and up — with both in-person and telehealth options available across Iowa.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or
  service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Each provider at HRC can accept:

Wellmark BCBS and out-of-state BCBS plans, United Healthcare and all connected plans, Health Partners/Midlands Choice and several of our providers accept Aetna and Tricare. 

If you are using an insurance plan that your clinician is in network with, your cost will depend on the details of your individual plan. We encourage you to call your insurance provider before beginning services to verify your coverage and costs.

For those paying privately, our rates are as follows:

• Intake session (90791): $220

• Individual session 53+ min (90837): $200

• Individual session 38–52 min (90834): $180

• Individual session 16–37 min (90832): $160

• Couples or family therapy with client present (90847): $180

• Family therapy without client present (90846): $180
